Salted Caramel Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie bowl is perfect for the spring months. It’s light yet still creamy and filling. It uses a key ingredient, sacha inchi powder, which is super rich in plant-based protein and is uniquely derived from a wholefood source rather than an isolate. The smoothie tastes great, but let’s be honest, it’s all in the toppings! Don’t forget to load up with a crunchy buckwheat granola and a creamy salted caramel choc and you’ll be in smoothie heaven…


2 bananas

2 pitted medjool dates

1 tsp almond butter

¼ cup almond milk

2 tbsp sacha inchi powder

Pinch of pink himalayan salt




Salted caramel chocolate*

Coconut chips


Add all ingredients (except toppings) to a blender and blend until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with the toppings of your choice and enjoy immediately!
