If you’re tired of boring salads and are wanting a way to take your bowls to the next level, these roast seed salad toppers are for you! ½ cup almonds
¾ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup golden flaxseeds
¼ cup black sesame seeds
2 tbsp dill seeds
2 tbsp fennel seeds
2 tbsp tamari*
A good pinch of flakey sea salt
Preheat your oven to 150°C.
Place all the nuts and seeds on a lined baking tray and mix together.
Pour over tamari and sprinkle sea salt then mix well until everything is coated.
Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until everything is golden.
Let cool and store in a jar.
