1 ½ cups raspberries
1 ½ tbsp maple syrup*
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp chia seeds
Add the raspberries, water and maple syrup to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and add the chia seeds. Stir until well combined.
Transfer this to a jar and leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
