While the creamy avocados are still in season, try this creamy and seriously tasty dessert. With only 6 ingredients and a blender needed, you can easily whip this one up for your loved one!
1 ripe avocado (flesh of)
2-4 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
2 heaped tablespoons cacao powder
1/3 cup almond milk (or your favourite milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch pink himalayan salt
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pop in the fridge for at least 30 mins to set.
Scoop into 2 bowls and top with cacao nibs, edible flowers or fresh berries.
