Banana French Toast Ingredients:
1 cup oats
3 tbsp dried banana
4 medjool dates
2 tbsp maple syrup*
Pinch pink himalayan salt
Method:
Place the dried banana and date in a small bowl and cover with hot water. Leave to soak for about 10 minutes.
While the bananas and dates soak, add the oats to a food processor or high speed blender and blend until they resemble fine breadcrumbs.
Drain the banana then add them with the maple syrup and salt to the oats. Blend until a sticky dough forms.
Taking about a tablespoon at a time, roll the mix into balls and repeat until all the mixture is used up.
